Sandra Bach

Sandra completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). She is committed to providing trauma-informed and anti-oppression counselling founded on a clients’ skills and strengths using a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic practices rooted in somatically-aligned Narrative Therapy, Attachment and Polyvagal theories, Dance/Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) and parts work. What emerges through this approach is authentic, embodied knowledge that can be understood cognitively and woven into a therapeutically-productive, holistic narrative. Sandra is honoured to work with urban Indigenous communities in Ottawa, individuals aged 12+ living with trauma, clients - and their loved ones - living with addiction and those struggling with emotional regulation.
