Raymond Walli

Raymond Walli has worked closely with our clinicians for the past eight years. He is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business. In addition, he develops and manages our website, manages Information Technology, and assists the clinicians in program development and public speaking. Raymond has considerable experience with serving clients, providing information about our therapists, our services, doing intakes, and setting appointments. If you have questions or need assistance, Raymond will be there to help you with that, either by email, or by phone.

Raymond is knowledgeable and has taken courses in Documentation, Confidentiality, Reporting Obligations, and Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act, along with the various college codes of ethics and standards of practice to protect your privacy.  You are more than welcome to ask him about our privacy policies and our procedures. Ray actively continues his education in his field by taking courses in Business and Office Management, Accounting, Software Applications, and Entrepreneurship, as well as learning about health care, social work, and ethics. Raymond, while not a counsellor, has attended courses on Addictions and Mental Health Issues in order to increase his knowledge and understanding of our clients needs.

Raymond will be taking care of all client accounts and will do the billing and invoicing for your visits. If you have questions about billing or insurance reimbursements please let him know and he will find all the answers for you.
