Odera Odenigbo

Odera Odenigbo is a graduate of the University of Windsor, where she earned a B.A. Honours in Psychology (with thesis), and Saint Paul University, where she completed her M.A. in Counselling and Spirituality.
With experience working with adults from diverse social, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, Odera is passionate about supporting individuals of all age ranges, gender identities, sexual orientations, and racial backgrounds. She has over three years of experience in addiction counseling and served as a psychotherapy intern at Saint Paul University's counseling center from December 2021 until her graduation.
Throughout her time at Saint Paul University, Odera received training in various therapeutic modalities, prioritizing the development of open, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships with clients. She has earned certificate training in trauma-informed care, psychological first aid, emotional CPR, motivational interviewing and more.
Odera specializes in providing client-based therapy that emphasizes client autonomy and empowerment, tailoring her approach to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
